Horror’ween

Saturday 29th October 7pm – late

Huddersfield will be coming alive with un-dead celebrants trooping out for Halloween in fine style. The Lawrence Batley Theatre will be hosting another huge party with illusionists, escapologists, zombie dancing, whispered ghost stories, live bands, make-up artists & horror theatrics.

For this boom-tastic event I have been curating the short horrors film show “Horrible Shorts” featuring creations from talents based in Yorkshire and The Rest of The World. This year we will be creating a Gothic snug with intimate seating for screening these beauties.

I am very chuffed to feature claymation blood fests from Leeds/Paris animator Lee Hardcastle.

This video is part of a filmmakers competition 26 directors, 26 ways to die – please vote here

Another gem – I am feeling oddly lured and enamoured by this.

Yes Please! This night should pack a punch & leave you messy.

Free pie and peas with each ticket (£15).
